Hello, I am Dr. Rudolf Schnell and welcome to the homepage of my praxis for chest-medicine (respiratory care medicine / pneumology/ lung doctor), allergology, environmental medicine and sleep-apnea-diagnostics.

My praxis is located right in the centre of Munich / Bavaria / Germany.

Here a short review of the services I can provide as a chest physician (pneumologist) in my praxis in the heart of Munich.

• The priority of my praxis is the medical care of patients suffering from illnesses of the respiratory system, the airways and the lungs.
• Most of my patients present me with symptoms like coughing, shortness of breath, allergies, respiratory disturbances during sleep or thoracic pain .
• In my praxis we carry out a complete diagnostic program of a chest physician including allergy-tests, bronchoscopy, and sleep-apnea-diagnostic.
• I will personally dicuss and chose the therapeutical options that fits best together with the patient. The treatment of allergies with “specific immune therapy (SIT)”, also known as “hyposensibilisation / desensibilisation” is done as a routine in my praxis.
• I also offer consultation in the area of smoker-cessation-programs and environmental medicine.
• The after-care of patients after discharge from hospital is also part of my activities.
