Allergy-Test
Allergy test (Prick, Rub, Scratch, i. c.)
With this test we try to identify the trigger-substance(s) for allergic reactions. It takes 20 to 30 minutes; in this test the skin must be slightly punctured. The days before the test no antihistamines ("allergy tablets") should be used. In doubtful cases, the diagnostics are extended to nasal provocation tests.Allergy tests are needed before Specific Immune Therapy (SIT/desensitization) is initiated.
