Hello, I am Dr. Rudolf Schnell. Welcome to the homepage of my practice for chest medicine (respiratory care medicine/pneumology/lung doctor), allergology, environmental medicine and sleep-apnea-diagnostics.
My practice is located right in the centre of Munich/Bavaria/Germany.
Here a short overview of the services I can provide as a chest physician (pneumologist) in my practice in the heart of Munich.
My priority is the medical care of patients suffering from illnesses of the respiratory system, the airways and the lungs.
Most of my patients come to me with symptoms like coughing, shortness of breath, allergies, respiratory disturbances during sleep or thoracic pain.
In my practice I carry out the complete diagnostic program of a chest physician including allergy tests, bronchoscopy and sleep-apnea-diagnostics.
I personally discuss and choose the therapeutic options that fit best with every patient. The treatment of allergies with "Specific Immune Therapy (SIT)", also known as "hyposensitization/desensitization" is routine in my practice.
In addition, I offer consultation in the field of smoking-cessation programs and environmental medicine.
Caring for patients after discharge from hospital is also part of my activities.
